We are the health tourism agency in London of Çamlıcadent Dental Clinic, headquartered in Istanbul. Our goal is to ensure that everyone living in the United Kingdom has access to the most up-to-date, aesthetic and accurate dental treatments at the fastest and most affordable prices. While doing this, we take care of all transfer and accommodation needs of our patients in at least 4-star hotels. How does Novi Te Health work?
Novi Te Health organizes your travel and all treatment processes. Before coming to Istanbul, we will answer all your questions and provide information about all suitable treatment methods for you. We are with you throughout all your treatment processes in Istanbul. We provide translator support in your own language, and your travels for treatment purposes in the city are arranged with VIP transfers. To facilitate your processes in Istanbul, a consultant who can assist you in your own language is available 24/7.
Starting with a simple ‘hello,’ we will guide you through the process while being with you in Istanbul, and even after you return to your country, you will continue to receive support regarding your operation.
What does Novi Te Health provide?
After you contact us and complete all the consultations, we plan a travel and treatment schedule together with you. We share the flights we have arranged according to this schedule. You can either purchase your plane ticket from these flights or choose another flight of your preference. After you share your plane ticket with us, we meet you at the airport with VIP transfer according to your landing time in Istanbul, and take you to your hotel. On the second day, we pick you up from your hotel again with VIP transfer and take you to the clinic. After your procedure is completed, we take you back to your hotel. When it’s time for your follow-up appointment, we pick you up from the hotel and take you to the clinic. Once your entire treatment process is completed, we take you from your hotel to the airport.

To meet the transfer service smoothly, we kindly request you to proceed to the transfer service driver immediately after retrieving your luggage. The transfer driver will be waiting for you at Istanbul New Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport with a sign that says “Novi Te Health” after the baggage claim.
Can I choose the doctor I want to receive treatment from?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose the doctor as each specialist has their own expertise. However, you will have detailed information and examples of treatments performed by your doctor in the information file we send to you.
What kind of information will I receive prior to my travel plans?
You will receive a detailed information file that includes accommodation details, clinic information, doctor details, doctor references, treatment durations, transfer schedules, consultant information, and contact details before you arrive in Istanbul.
Is the Istanbul city tour included in the package?
During your treatment process, you will have rest and free time. During these periods, you can explore Istanbul as you wish. Free-time activities are not included in the package, and any expenses incurred during this time will be your responsibility.
